| Dr. Allan Weisberg, DC |
 Dr.
Weisberg is a native New Yorker, receiving his Bachelor
of Arts at Queens College (CUNY) before attending Palmer
College of Chiropractic Medicine where he received a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.)
degree in 1977. While consistently attending the latest
post doctorate seminars on Chiropractic and alternative
health care techniques, Dr. Weisberg continues to provide
the highest quality health care available. Dr. Weisberg
has dedicated his career to helping patients overcome
pain and injury by combining the natural health care
methods of chiropractic, with the most effective health
care technologies. In private practice for over 25 years,his
qualified experience and training have enabled him to
bring permanent relief to thousands of patients for
a broad range of health problems. |

| Dr. Thomas
Teyibo, MD |
 Graduate
of George Washington University School of Medicine in
Washington DC. Dr. Teyibo completed his residency at
Howard University Hospital in Washington DC. He has
practiced physical medicine and rehabilitation for ten
years. |

Barbara Shamberg Ph.D. -
Clinical Psychologist - |
 Dr.
Shamberg received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at New
College before receiving he Masters of Science and Ph.D.
from Hofstra University in 1984.She has been a licensed
Psychologist in private practice for over 25 years.
Dr. Shamberg has two offices. She is at The Center for
Behavior Therapy in White Plains N.Y., as well as at
Midtown Medical and Health Offices, PC. Dr. Shamberg
specializes in individual psychotherapy with adolescents
and adults. She utilizes a broad range of techniques
including cognitive behavior therapy and psychodynamic
psychology. She has been an expert interviewee on radio
and TV, and is featured in Who’s Who in Medicine
and Health Care. |

 A
A graduate of Chinese Traditional Medicine University
of Guangxi in China, Dr. Gan Lin Li has practiced
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for over eighteen
years. |

| Tamara
Ancheta, RPT -
Physical Therapist - |
 Tamara
is a graduate of Iioilo Doctors College School of Physical
Therapy with a degree of BSPT. She is a NYS Licensed
Physical Therapist. Experienced with cardiac and geriatric
conditions, Tamara puts a therapeutic emphasis on manual
therapies such, trigger point and myofascial therapy,
and neuromuscular re-education. |

Love Evans -
Office Manager - |
 Tina
Love-Evans is a graduate of Herbert H. Lehman College
in the Bronx. Tina has over twenty eight years experience
in the health care profession. She has spent ten years
as a General Surgical Nurse. Tina has worked for the
last eighteen years as a liaison between patients’
receiving care in an out patient setting and the health
insurance companies. Tina is an active member of The
Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers. |
